got team viewer can help me see what is my problem my maple stuck at black sreen only

Hmm please kindly make sure Anti Virus is offed & no other servers are running at the moment .
If doesn't work , try this :
1 - Right click Xclusive's CLIENT
2 - Properties ( Click it )
3 - Compatibilty
4 - Tick the 1st Box you see
5 - Choose a windows that is the current one you're using & start the game again .
If still doesn't work , kindly run the client as administrator .
