Since players are not allowed to purchase cubes from the Cash Shop, I suggest creating a NPC which trades NX for cash items such as cubes, EXP coupons and the like.
This will allow for flexible pricing as well.

its disabled because dion doesnt want people to buy them with nx

Understandable. However NX as of now does not have much value, and I wanted to make it a more sought after and usable currency.
You could even price cubes at ~3.5k. Almost double the CS price!
