After installing the full patch and replacing the files from xclusivem's client. It told me to run as administrator (which i did) Then it says " An internal exception occured (Adress: 0x12b2910) Please contact support@oreans.com." :\ The sooner the better (: thankyou x.

If you're running on Windows 8 , head to our website and click the last feature which is UNDERLINED and download that . Once it's done , just replace in the v117 folder and start the game as per normal.
If still doenst work , please Run using the Launcher.exe and re-replace the Client (`xclusivems.exe) to make sure the LEN.INI is inside the folder.

I also had the same problem but after following the method, i don't get the error anymore but nothing pops up after double clicking the launcher.exe or the client

Capster , please make sure you run as administrator and disable anti virus.

I made sure I turned off even my firewall and not just my antivirus as well but still nothing opens up after i double click the launcher. Although when i double click the client, I get a small popup that says "Maplestory client fix" and like "No DMG cap v117.1" when i open the Xclusivems client but that shortly disappears after.

Hmm , sad to say , this problem doesn't have anything to do with XclusiveMs . We are only able to solve problems like Error Codes , Random DCs and in-game stuffs , if the problem is with your driver etc then it's out of our help.
