Cant access game

Hello, I have downloaded all three of the links which were the v117.1 , xclusivems.exe, and the optional link. However when I tried to run it I kept getting a pop up that says the program was closed due to another program. I have my anti-virus turned off. I tried right clicking xclusivems.exe and enabled compatability mode, and even disabled my microsoft loopback adapter. None of those worked. Than we I re-read the links for the downloads I noticed that after installing 117.1 I did not get a "mini update" which got me wondering because in the font under the link for that download i saw "117.2(files)" So I assumed that the link was for 117.1 but what we needed was the files for 117.2. I am not sure if I am correct or not but thats what it seemed like to me after carefully reading it. So I went and downloaded v117.2 and extracted both xclusivems.exe and the optional into my newly downloaded ms which was version 117.2. Right clicked ran as Admin. This time I was able to see the maple pop up screen. The black screen that we get for awhile before the maple logo thing pops up and then log in screen. So at the black screen pop up I waited, however after some time i get disconnected. The pop up says as followed:
    
    Maplestory has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

I dont get what is going on. I believe that what I did was on the right track because I was able to get farther than last time. I feel like im just one step away from being able to play XclusiveMS.
